Built your way
Custom Golf Cart Work
Lift kit, tires, seats, lights — tell me what you're after and I'll build it before it goes out the door.

Controller Upgrades & Motor Swaps
For more speed and more torque. A higher-amperage controller raises your cart's top speed and improves throttle response, while a motor swap targets pulling power for hills, loads, and larger tires.
Includes wiring, solenoid and cable upgrades where required to safely handle the added current.

MCOR 4 Upgrades
The MCOR is the throttle sensor on Club Car DS and Precedent models, and the earlier MCOR 1, 2, and 3 units are a known failure point. Symptoms are hesitation off the line, surging, dead spots in the pedal, or a cart that won't move at all.
I replace the failed unit with the updated MCOR 4 — a sealed, more reliable design — and adapt the wiring so it works with your existing setup. That fixes the problem permanently rather than buying you another year.

Lift Kits
Spindle or A-arm lift kit to raise your cart 3 to 6 inches, giving you clearance for larger off-road tires and gravel, grass, trails, and uneven property without dragging.
Includes lift hardware, extended brake lines and shocks where needed, plus a full alignment and test drive. Wheel and tire packages can be done at the same time.

Rear Seats & Cargo Box Installs
A rear seat takes you from two people to four, with footrest and grab bar. A cargo box gives you a bed for tools, firewood, and feed. Flip-flop kits do both.
Frame and hardware included, and I check the rear suspension handles the added weight.

Full Street Legal Kits
Everything required to make your cart road legal: headlights, tail lights, brake lights, turn signals with a proper switch and flasher, horn, side mirrors, rearview mirror, seat belts, and a slow-moving vehicle sign.
I run the complete wiring harness, install a voltage reducer so the 12V lighting works off your 36V or 48V system, and fuse the circuit properly. Street legal use depends on your local municipal bylaws — please confirm what's allowed where you drive.
Can I drive a golf cart on the road in BC?
Usually not on public roads. Golf carts aren't registered or insured as road vehicles by default, so they're meant for private property, farms, campgrounds, and resorts. A few communities have their own rules, so check your local bylaw before you plan on driving it to town.
